Just a quick question: is this just the GD cluster in GC dash, or complete GD dash in the GC8?

Stripped the dash,

Trimmed/filed the tabs on the bottom of the 04 JDM STI cluter,

Fitted into gc8 cluster surround,

fitted into the dash, put it in from the back, physically impossible to insert cluster thru the front of the dash

My friend is going to reshape the cluster surround with fibreglass to cover the holes in the bottom corners and bend the top so it doesnt cover up the top of the tacho. Probably trim over the top of it with leather.

Wiring is as easy as plugging it in for me as I have a 04 sti loom, alot more difficult with a gc8 loom but it can and has been done.

Guessing the DCCD Rear Diff light will be on
RPM buzzer and setup should work, so long as the tacho is.
Outdoor temp might not work. (Doesn't read from AFM) (Works on a MY01 WRX) - I'm using a Version 8 JDM Cluster in a 2001.

My cruise control light doesn't work when cruise control is on.

Everything else seems to work for me, but noticed when the car is absolutely jammed full of petrol, the fuel gauage never quite reaches the "full" indicator.

I havent had a chance to do anything with it yet. I get the loom, motor and box at the start of april
I will definately update when its all in.
