did you get a tube to put in the nipple on the manifold or engine?

or what is the sensor wire - where is this connected to?

Where have you plumbed the sensor vacuum source to?

I'd say you've picked something the doesn't see boost pressure.

well originally i copied the way that it was installed on my mates bug-eye. it was plumbed into a pipe that ran to the actuator.

Having since done some research it seems i need to plumb it somewhere else which is what I am going to do friday... but if i can get my grubby hands on an ECUDatascan for $500 tomorrow.. i won't have to bother !
