Default Part throttle 'creeping'

I have tried searching for info on here but have not been able to filter through enough to find a cause.

I find with my MY00 (no mods) that it has a 'kind of' creeping feel when you are on part throttle when not on boost.
It doesnt have the usual faulty AFM symptoms (hunting idle, drop in revs at lights etc) and feels strong on full throttle and on boost. Its just at that cruising/part throttle area.

I remember my other MY00 doing the same back in the day, but was wondering if anyone knows of the cause or what sensor could be due for replacement?
Car is a MY00, 105000km, has had it 100,000km (so new plugs etc) and has only a cat back system.

Any help would be much appreciated

What do you mean by creeping feeling? Maybe take me for a drive when your back my my00 was stock when I got it. Not that I think it's related but I can't remember how old your o2 sensor looked when I serviced it just something to look at. I can test it if you like

Sounds good Ades
What I mean by 'creeping' is where it feels like it slightly progresses (picture a stepping feeling in speed), so when you have your foot on the accelerator in one position it has a jerky increase in speed feel rather than a smooth progressive feel. It doesn't kangaroo hop or anything like that, but I just find it annoying as hell.
Its not natural as non of my other cars do it, hence why I'm assuming it's some sort of sensor. I'll fit my new AFM today anyways and see if it's linked at all, but the AFM sensor was replaced around 8 months ago and like I mentioned, the car doesn't display the usual AFM issues.

Fairly certain it's just a stock panel filter. Haven't actually opened up the air box since buying the car. Do the k&n panel filters have a tendency to cause issues???

Replaced the AFM with a new one. Seems to drive much nicer now, so it looks like it very well was a AFM issue.

Will probably look at replacing all sensors anywho just to make sure everything is new.

I think it was just a stock filter. Have a look on the report I gave you
