Default Aftermarket BOV replacement and tune?

Howdy all,

I’m putting the car over the pits tomorrow for rego and was going to change my aftermarket BOV back to stock.

Two questions:
· Is it as easy as it looks? You just unscrew and attach the OEM one?
· Will the change in the amount of air being returned to the system significantly change the tune? Is it something to worry about?

It's a 2002 STi with ECUTEK Stage 3.

Thanks
