99 Wrx & Sti injectors are both the same yellow top 440cc side feed injector.

When were the plugs last done?

Take it to a workshop.......

It could be:

Coil pack
leads
crank sensor
fuel pump -just because you can hear it doesn't mean it's not fucked.
Vacuum leak to map sensor
boost leak
poor earthing
crap tune
boost cut
