Default EJ25 SOHC big end

Just bought an 04 liberty with big end knock. Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent engine manual?

Also can the bearings be changed in place? (not taking heads off)

Any info will be appreciated

Thanks in advance guys

Crankshaft and big end bearings is a complete disassembly operation, including splitting the block.
Its not for beginners, Subaru engines are different, even compared to other boxer engine designs
