Default no pressure release

hello,
wondering if anyone could help me with some knowledge??
i recently had my wrx fixed with new bearings, cams, clutch, gearbox, etc....
i have had it back for almost 20,000klms - this morning i was driving to work when i noticed i couldnt hear the turbo working, the bov was not blowing off at all - not even spooling, and the car was majourly slow making no boost at all. everytime i stopped at lights etc it stalled, started easily everytime although was still doing the same thing....

is it my turbo that is broken? the BOV? the waste gate??

thanks for your help

Popped a hose off somewhere between the turbo and the throttle body.
You running a FMIC? what sort of BOV are you running? How is it connected? Flange or universal slip on type?

Guys, enough with the off topic. Post to help or GTFO.

As mentioned, first stop would be to check all the hoses are still connected and not damaged.
