i think even if you installed all the mods yourself and wanted to book in for just a tune before then you wont even get in.. all the cars i saw them working on yesterday just shows that they really cant fit anyone in.
Start calling around i suggest. or go stock and bam! next year they wont see whats coming

But when it comes to working on cars, and engine builds in particular; I think time frames are never stuck to, as there is usually a 'while its out...' or extra work involved that wasn't initially considered or expected.
