Thought I'd just bump this thread instead of starting a new one. Anyone put a new clutch in lately, pretty sure just going to go Exedy heavy duty organic.

The info that I saw was all around 1k installed but it was old, I got quoted about $1400 supplied and installed. I can get a clutch through a mate but was wondering if anyone had any up to date info on prices.

Cheers for any info.

Ask a few workshops for installation price only..

Then check eBay.

be careful buying exedy clutches over the net, there have been reports in the past of unusual noises on downshifting, can't remember what the exact cause is but its related to the clutch design on some exedys, personally i would go see doug at s-technic & get him to install a full face organic, price is around $1200 these days, have one of these in my forester & it feels great

i got an exedy sports tuff organic supplied and installed about 5-6 months back, and cost me total of just under $1500.. so $1400 supplied and fitted is about right on the money..

Should have gone seen Mao at Evolution R

Exedy Racing Stage 1 Kit: A$950 fitted. *much better and stronger than OEM.
Exedy Racing Stage 2 Kit: A$1050 fitted. *longer lasting ceramic clutch plate.
Exedy Racing Stage 3 Kit: A$1150 fitted. *for a mean machine.

My Clutch in need of a change in next few weeks.. Probs going to go for a Stage 1 or 2
shazza likes this.
