Default Type RA running with turbo restrictors

Hey guys, just going through all the initial sort of research about creating a Tarmac race car based upon a RA. Now there are a couple on my105 but looking through the restrictions for improved production, to run a turbo I have to convert the turbo intake to a restricted diameter. If memory serves (on phone) it's has to go down to a 36mm from a 42mm?? one.

Has anyone ever had to deal with restrictors before and how much does it have to get de tuned to run properly?

Sorry heaps of questions but there will be alot more of the course of the next year...

But now, decisions have to be made about whether or not a NA will be better.
