Hey guys,
Just after sum friendly advice. I noticed on the way to work this morning a squeeking noise wen i let my foot off the clutch but with little accerleration. If im rolling, it wont make the noise. Also wont make any noise if i lift the foot off the clutch and let it roll without acceleration. What could this be?

What sort of clutch do you have?

Not being a pro here, but I heard from a mate that he had the same issue and it was the bearings within the clutch. Apparently only costs $200 to get it fixed

Mine made the same noises but only when it was cold,was the bearings so just i just replaced the clutch anyway while it was out.

i had this very similar problem the last time i had my gc8, and it turned out to be the bearings as mentioned above..

Last time I had that sound it got worse until I worked out it was my big ends.

happened to me right before i found out it was my gearbox ... maybe bearings??

Sounds more than likely to be a clutch thrust bearing,mine is doing the same at the moment.

my 09 wrx does it aswell, just quality genuine subaru crap , just kill that clutch of yours and go buy a nice one
