Yep, down-pipe/dump-pipe same same. Personally I wouldn't bother with replacing the up-pipe unless you're changing the headers as well, but there may be others with differing opinions. Remember though, as soon as you decide on going with a turbo-back exhaust, factor in $'s for tune.
