Technically it is correct to get modification approval, engineers certificate, inspection and then subsequent engine change no. form.

Modify a vehicle

Mod approval form

Calc of RAC hp
RAC Horsepower

EJ20 bore 92mm = 3.622", RAC hp=20.99
EJ25 bore 99.5mm = 3.917", RAC hp=24.55

However I am aware of people who have presented cars over the pits with engine displacement changes and simply filled in engine no. change forms. Your call.

Get a 207 instead.
