After checking out these specs I was wondering what the difference is between the VF28 and the VF29? The specs are identical but the VF28 come on boost quicker?????

the vf29 has a different design compressor wheel IIRC. Its apparently supposed to have a more efficient design that flows a little more on the top end. The difference is pretty minimal though and a vf29 is rare as.
