Running it on the radiator or the tank near the turbo?

Mixed reports from google search indicating that putting 1.3 bar caps on both locations increases system temp to an extent that could lead to head gasket failure.

Same reports say the radiator should be 1.3 while tank near turbo should be kept at 1.1

Change out the thermostat if you want to keep everything cooler

Lol that's fine, but I'm still looking for information on whether 1.3 on both spots is too high a pressure for the cooling system.
