Safe Duty Cycle
Hi All, Just wondering what the general rule of thumb is for the safe percentage of duty cycle for your injectors?
I have heard that while they will go to 100% it isnt the best option for someone to do this for a long period of time and should look at upgrading injectors if the duty cycle gets to high. So what is classed as too high safely? Any help greatly appreciated. |

As ballistic said, 90% is all you'd want to go, otherwise you can run the risk of lean-out. And subsequently fakked motor!

Anywhere abobe 85-90% duty and your injectors are unable to open and close in time for the next rotation, so for a daily driver, keep it conservative, personally i go to 100% and watch what is happening in the lamba logs to see if there is any huge risks. motec.
