Get under the car kust behind the engine sump ,you will see a round plug with what look likes a star(t70), loosen that off an drain the oil out. Once you have done that find the dip stick on the drivers side in the engine bay. The gear box will hold roughly 3.5-3.8l of oil

I am reading you have little mechanical knowledge.
This may lead to you have no understanding what to do when jacking a car up and crawling underneath to undertake this task safely. Best get it to a work shop ( there are many listed here ) It may well save you being crushed / hurt / killed.

Hi there! my bro and I just replaced my gear box on my gc8 and its pretty easy changing the gbox oil
Just jack her up on all 4s, slide under and u will see a bolt under the gear box towards the clutch end just undo it and oil it come out...and check if theres alot shards an shaving of metal in your gearbox oil....

If you're getting under there and you've never done stuff like this before make sure you buy a good set of axle stands first. Otherwise hand it over to the boys at Stechnic.

ahhhh I seee, thanks guys. Nah I have been under the car before lol, just haven't experienced changing the gear box oil yet, but sounds pretty simple. thanks!
