Drop the oil out and have a look at it, if it have metal in it... There is a fare chance the big end has gone. So pull it out and build a 207...

yeah my mechanic is having a look at it monday so once i know what it is, i can decide what to do from there and get it towed to a subi mechanic

Ouch, that sucks so early in ownership. Have a look at the 207 short block idea, would be worth it if you want to to drive the car hard.

Dan was thinking of the 207 swap, have you read through his thread Here? A lot of the advice now applies to you. From what I've read on here (and thankfully not experienced) engine failure with that kind of power in a 205 engine is a case of when, not if.

In the future, save the Roe Hwy blats for the commonwhores, have fun in the twisty bits instead!

yeah first sniff of hard driving o well shit happens i guess.

yeah i have had a look through it, lots of options but will have to wait and see whats wrong then budget for it and get a timeline going :\ who needs to save money anways

280hp isn't an awful lot in a 205. Shame. Time to start again. Get your mechanic to get you trade price on a 207 and re-use your heads. You should only be outta pocket $3.5kish all said and done.
