looks good.

dont take this th eworng way but arent you worried about the same thing happening to this bore as the other one?

old engine with split bore where there is no reinforcement along the cooling side

new engine with still no reinforcement along the cooling side

would like to know your reasoning behind this? are those sleeves that good?

These sleeves have been pressed into a different block, which was originally taken out of the car because I did my first build on another block that I bought

The sleeves are made out of ductile iron so and are capable of holding 3 bars of boost, there dartin race sleeves and as far as I have searched and heard, they are almost impossible to break

Well I've asked around and that seems the way to go when pushin big power, and when that block is next to my other one the sleeves are a lot thicker, there's no issues with heat or anything,

People sleeve ej25 engines for durability

As supposed to the ej20 where the bores are a lot thicker compared to the ej25

I'm in search of another turbo now, had bits
Of metal go through the other one

Wow that strut brace is thick! I can't remember... you'd be running a front mount now wouldn't you? ie. the brace won't interfere with TMIC

This brace seems like it will clear, compared to all the others I have trialed, and deffinately want to keep top mount, looks so much better
