Alright, longblock all ready







Stage 3 cams sitting nice and cosy in there

I hope to have the engine back in the car on Boxing Day Arvo and turn it over for the first time and admire the cams

Ended up buying a Cosworth head gasket kit .78mm but it didn't arrive on time so I got a tomei one off Mao which is 1mm which is in the engine now because I cbf waiting for the Cosworth one

Also a stage 3 exedy clutch is read to go, going to be very interesting with my 5spd :/

That's mint! Did you end up getting new heads or did you machine your old ones?

Got the old ones completely cleaned out and ported, came up looking like they were brand new off the shelf

Numbers from what I've read are going to be very similar,
But the gtx is smaller so less lag

All home and has been put back in car , 17 Jan car is at race torque for
June











Temp fit looks like strut brace is just going to fit.....

Just waiting for my turbo parts to come from U.S and all g
