I was told it wasn't coolant as the mechanic did a pressure test and it was fine. was told it might have been leaking red line lightweight and it was suppose to be fixed.

yeah redline lwsp will look greeny like that when its been put in without fully draining the stock oil

thanks mate, i will go back and ask the mechanic to find the problem then. hopefully it's not too expensive.
