Default Oil (or whatever it is) drip

Hi guys,
just realised my car has been dripping some liquid at the front that I have never seen before. The liquid is predominantly gray with a tint of dark green and it feels like paint. it is not a puddle, just a few drops here and there.
Any chance anyone knows what it could be?

Is it from the overflow bottle in the front left, on mine is on the left?

Get him to do a pressure test on the cooling system in the morning, it's usually nothing serious but it could also be the beginning of a hose letting go so not worth the risk of blowing a motor if you're not too familiar around the car.
