get it tuned to suit the turbo & you should be okay

dont go chasing stupid dyno numbers & you should be okay

obviously any power upgrades will shorten the life of your engine in the long run, this is something you have to weigh up for yourself

Also bear in mind that the 5-speed WRX gearbox is pretty weak and the increase in power could reduce the lifespan of it also. (i.e Minimise the number of hard launches)
