The corrossive E85 stuff is a myth I reckon - Ive seen plenty of guys running it for years with no issues.

I reckon when people dont use it for ages and it begins to go off is when the issues happen.

I have ID2000's in the car now, so injectors are not the problem. Getting enough fuel to them is without cranking up the pressure. I just need to run some new hard line, it's no biggie, but I was just trying to get out of doing it

If you are only chasing 300 Craig, you will be fine with all the standard stuff. No point in changing it all? Also from memory, it has to be hard line inside the cabin, not hose...

Completely agree there, my mate was running all standard rubber lines & the standard fuel filter, with no problems. We even cut the filter open, expecting to see some kind of damage, but fark all. Just looked like a used filter. Not sure which brands use it, but the orange drum sucrogen shit we use has some additive in it I think that prevents the nasty stuff happening.

What happens with real time driving doing 15000ks a year? And over a 10 year period, I can't comment about

How much is 109 a litre? I'm paying $3 or just under for the ethanol. All I need to do is run a couple of lines. Ill have it done in like 15 min

Russ, whenever I am home & there are races on ill be doing them.

i agree with Stacey, to make big power fuel supply is only part of the equation, can your heads flow that amount of air to produce the required power your after, iam only making 380kw atw with a hybrid GT35, standard lines with swirl pot and 2pumps 1 in the tank to lift and the other 044 in the swirl pot, plus reg and parrell fuel lines with top feed 1000cc injectors...

Lol @ only 380 hp on pump fuel.

Heads are ported 1mm oversized in & ex & all the rest of the BS.

So Bill, you are making around 530hp on 98 with no noticeable drop in supply fuel pressure?

To compete, you can have connections in cabin apart from proper fittings at each bulkhead...
