from what i have been told from josh at galvsport for my 32 build no need to replace the fuel lines for this reason, however it wouldnt be a bad idea to run a new dash 8 feed just to keep everything fresh. considering the cost for this new line is sweet f all in the grand scheme if you are chasing big power, why not?

I don't want to run a new line if i don't need too, because I can buy 2 cartons of beer for the cost. I do want to run them, because if i run out of fuel on the dyno, thats dyno $$$ & time wasted.
I think by the sounds of it 600 to 650 crank hp is the upper limit of 5/16 or standard in car hard line. I am going to run a dash 8 feed & just be done with it.

For what it's worth, V8 supercars are using Dash 8 flexible lines at approx 635hp on E85 fuel.
