Variable Intermittent Wipers
Oh hai guys
For a while now I've wanted to change the wiper stalk on on my MY99 WRX to one like the MY00 which has the variable wiper speed dial, however, I'm curious to whether it's as simple as a stalk change or if there is more to it. Someone must know, so I thought I'd ask.
