Default Issues with disconnected hose

As mentioned in the 'things that shit me' thread, I got my car back from a service with a few issues, one of which was this hose that was not connected.

Since the service, I have probably done about 100km before I noticed it. Apart from the risk of getting foreign objects into places they shouldn't go, are there any other issues that having this off could cause?

What car?

Looks like an engine breather or something.

Breather off the rocker cover
Could notice it running rough, and that's more than likely what your oil all over the engine bay is as well

to an extent probably, and that is what I am assuming, but the amount of oil around the filler still would indicate that plenty was spilt.

The car actually seemed to be running fine, my first indication of an issue was the loud squealing noise when I got on boost. Not that reconnection the hose fixed it, but it is what made me look.

For the squeaking check the clamp on the throttle body side of intercooler is tight and that the rubber seal is intact

Recording of noise (no it's not the belts) at the same time, I had the datascan running, only happens when boost gets to or goes over 10 - 11psi
The 3 times I get it to do it, were in 3 different gears (2nd, 3rd, 4th)
Only reason I went out again was to test something I tried, obviously didn't fix it. Out of ideas now....

Sounds like a chick screaming for her life. Could be but unlikely pulleys, also sounds like a air leak from turbo side.
