Default Coolant issue

Hey im having and issue with my coolant escaping. I have managed to narrow it down to what I suspect is the outlet from the turbo. I'm not really sure what the issue is tho maybe it's an o ring?? I have attached a picture for reference if someone could help me out I would really appreciate it Click image for larger version

Tried tightening it? It has 2 alloy crush washers that seal the banjo fitting.

Looks like it has been changed to a blue alloy banjo fitting so probably loose. the factory fitting is steel and doesn't come loose.
