Right so does it happen when you hit the rev limiter and not doing fully hektic skids?
Has the car been tuned?
Std ECU?

I've narrowed it down to the air flow meter as I put on a new k&n air pod filter and sucked up a whole heap of oil through the turbo from the k&n pod

Nah it hasn't had a tune and is just the standard ECU

I wouldnt be thrashing it too much dude with clearly some bolt on mods and no tune/stock ecu - I thrash my car around stock ecu one of them funky air flow meters 3" TBE and pod filter but wouldnt be racing it till I upgrade ecu and tune.....asking for trouble!

ECU cant handle it..can only retune itself so much
