Default Looking to change stock exhaust - does it require ecu flash?

Hi,

Looking to change my exhaust from one of the local car shops.

I've shopped around, as you do and I've been told a variety of things.

My question to deduce from all of this is:
  • 2011+ WRX Sedan
  • Does it require a dyno tune/flash with JUST an exhaust change?
Did try the search engine can couldn't find anything.

Thanks

What part of the exhaust? Headers, up pipe? TBE, CBE?

Usually Cat-back is ok, but TBE will require a tune AFAIK

Cheers.

True, but it will also give the full benefits of installing the turbo back.

+1 for this.

Get the exhaust and tune to be on the safe side, as well as the fun side.

Here's a quote from the past ... Why, why did I wait so long to get it tuned?
