Yeah mate definitely gave me 5w... I guess he must have been out of the 10w at the time I got the oil, as I got 5w50.

Based on the Total AU link - http://www.totaloil.com.au/automotiv...sheets-ao.html ...Seems that Total doesn't distribute the 10w50 in the Oz market though, probably gets it imported.

Now makes me wonder, should I go back get 10w in mine or it will be fine for couple of months to next service? assuming she'll be fine

FFS. Just because it doesn't appear on the website doesn't mean they don't make it.
They buy it from the Australian distributor.

The boys at STechnic wouldn't have put something in that wasn't suitable for your engine.

Default STechnic engine oil

This could all be resolved with a simple phone call. You know
GX-REX, Master D, XT43 and 4 others like this.

Yes, in the newer models. I asked Doug the same thing this morning, so how about you GEAD.
Mine has Total Quartz 9000 10w50 in it.

Damo just looked at what was at the shop. Whatever it is, there is no point arguing anymore over this, you got 10w and I got 5w, so be it.
I think Gorotsuki got the info he needed.
