Default Exhaust leak

Have an exhaust leak from around the drivers side head.

Got a new set of headers and UP pipe courtesy of Ultrex and changed it over but I'm concerned my problem is worse than just a shattered up pipe. The exhaust leak hasn't gone and sounds very tinny.

Got a couple of pics attached to see the mount area. This bolt in particular has gone on twice as far as the rest and still isn't tight. Have a feeling the head side is corroded quite badly and I'm just pulling the stud out with every turn.
