Default replaced clutch now gritty not smooth feeling in pedal

So i finished braking in my clutch after about 1000km Did my first track day. Went good, the next week i have noticed my car seeming harder and harder to drive. I went to start and the car shuttered until i revved it to about 2000 and got the clutch out and it was smooth. Stopped and started again totally smooth. And i have noticed my*clutch*pedal*is starting to feel like its gritty and not smooth anymore. When you pump it just feels almost like there is sand inside of it. And i get burning clutch smell alot more and have to rev between 1500-2000 to get out smooth witch seems a bit excessive. Its a act hdss and a act lightweightflywheel. In my 98 sti type r. Has anyone experienced something similiar to this?

Start with a bleed of the hydraulics. This is cheap and easy. Watch the slave extend as someone pumps the pedal and make sure its fully extending and everything is good on that side of things.

You may have damaged the release bearing or pressure plate. Which will mean split the box and motor to have a look see.
