LAAAAAAAG!!!!! Dont expect to hit full boost until around 4500rpm. Its a biiiig turbo and it is not a ball bearing design.

Its good for around 450hp though

Huh? VF22 is a ball bearing turbo and is good for around 375hp. Should be getting good boost in the high 3000s if tuned well with supporting mods.

Remapped or replacement ECU, 3" Turbo Back Exhaust, Fuel Pump, replacement panel filter or cold air intake and silicone y-pipe if you're retaining a TMIC. Also if car is an 2001 model, a catless up-pipe.

vf22 is NOT a Ball bearing type turbo

It uses standard Roller Bearings and is capable of up to 450hp at the flywheel.
