What do you mean? your mean mini t was just as fast on the flat sand, in fact Im willing to bet the T kills nitro trucks on the tarmac. Got to love the electric torque curve straight up!

Ill come to a carpark bash and bust out some backflips if I can get a ramp there, can I bring some nitro friends and a peg board? I know a guy with a 3 speed schumacher onroad with a custom built novarossi stage 5 modded engine that will blow you away and we have radar guns for the drags.

I would recomend you dont buy Nitro, but instead one of the many 2-stroke cars, buggies or trucks. I like the Baja like previously mentioned but have a Carson Comanche with about 5HP. Here are a list of mods and some pics:

Jetpro Pipe, DDM Pre-filter and filter, DDM pull start cover, RC/PB Choke, Velocity Stack, Race ported 30.5cc Head Kit, 2mm stuffer stroker,wt813 f/pump,5745mg and 645mg servos and Wheelie Bar

Battery....instant, linear torque rather than the on-off nature of a nitro powered car, due to the clutch. Easier to keep the tyres spinning smoothly with a battery car, and sometimes a powerful nitro engine can cause you to LOSE control rather than maintain a constant drift.

That being said, many people do drift nitro cars...its just a lot harder to drift with a nitro than a battery powered car.
