Was 80 now 70. Target is 65. Laid off lifting weights for a bit and doing some boxing instead..

Put on a shit load over the uni holidays, got onto the recreational drugs so was just eating and eating and because i got a full time job i had no energy for going to the gym. In the last 8-9 weeks ive lost 7 kilos however im actually doing it properly this time while putting on muscle as opposed to not eating much at all which i did the first time, im on 5 meals a day

Grew a bit aswell so thats good and im more muscular than before, very much on track for getting in good shape, wanna get up to about 73ish, at 65 now

Yer, i'm fully hitting the gym at the moment with a P/T once a week. Fuckin hurts like hell but you feel awesome afterwards.

You get smashed reaaall easy too after a big workout.
