Hmmm.... i find that having been layed up in bed for about 3 months out of 1 year did nothing for my figure....

Since june '06 i am down 30 kg.... put a few back on over the last month (had some surgery and got stuck doing SFA again.. so not happy)

Just started to ride to work (60km) and thinking about starting to swim regularly again...

Mate I strongly suggest you do some exercise or the weight you'll loose will be significant % muscle. Result will be once you increase your caloric intake again your weight will balloon out because your muscle mass has reduced.

Muscle mass is what metabolises your food intake at rest. Higher muscle mass = better metabolism rate.

Also if you guys do this most acurate measure of loss is not measuring mass...rather bady fat % as in pinch test. Though you need someone qualified to do this for you.

Good luck.....and do 30 min daily

Haha how big do the forceps go for a pinch test ?

I prefer the pants test.. the more sizes I drop the more I know im achieving.

I agree redback is shit! lol Whey Protein is supposed to give you muscle mass so losing weight isnt and indication that its working, I recently bought a set of electronic scales that tells you your bf% and waterweight seems to be fairly accurate lol, Im using BSN products and Im happy with them.

re: the topic...forget it, TJ has won, no-ones gunna catch him...

I'm shit at it, probalby lost 10kg's in the last year without really trying, oh and throw into that mix, the last 6 months of no excercisee due to a back injury..

but, a drill through the spine, some really small knifes and stuff, a Neurosurgon and 4 days in Hospital with hot....HOT nurses a month(ish) ago has allowed me to get back into some serious cardio...

I'm lovin it.

i could give TJ a run for his money.....lost 40 kilos in 3.5 months. was 110kg and reached 69kg

walks, gym 5 times a week for 1.5hrs, just healthy lifestyle.


got sloppy when i came back to aussie-land.

Willing to do it again a challenge would get me on track perfectly...i am up for it
