Jesus, u must be a tall mofo!! Im 190cm+ and 120kgs. I'd consider myself fairly solid (size 16 feet and faily big boned), and have bugger all fat on my legs but im getting far to cuddly in the upper body I eat lots of decent meals (lots of meat / fish / vegies etc) but i also eat HEAPS of shit and dont excersise enough. Way to much junk food...

Im gonna start tonight though and see if i can loose a bit of the upper body cuddleness and get some definition goin on Would like to stay at 120kgs but just toned I think i'd drop a fair bit of fat if i stopped spending $20 a day on lunches, coke, junk food and ate better!

Also with taking up a few more physical activities my fitness is slowly getting there!

haha yeah Im fairly tall! all my fat is on my Gut upper body area too lol I wanna get down to 100 I rekon, well down to about 15% bodyfat, I only drink diet coke from now on but a downside is it makes you hungry haha.

Ive dropped 2kg... Another 7 to go and I will be a happy camper!
