considering ive just returned from a 8km walk and a game of netball, should be even more

I havnt achieved alot in my life, but this is one thing I can be proud of

I want to be under 100kg by the end of september (my 25th bday)

Bit of a side track to the current topic. But this seems the place to put it.

I've joined a soccer team that requires me to be able to run for 2kms straight. I want to start jogging and dont have the motivation to do it alone so if anyone in the Sorrento area feels like taking up jogging 2 or 3 times a week someone to go with would be welcome. PM me.

I've never jogged before (for the hell of it) and can probably run about 1k at best before walking.

Congrats mate, as of this week i'm up 2 kilos in muscle and my skin folds are down so ive gone up a fair bit in muscle, feels good and i cant wait for the beach season
