Just remember its body weight loss percentage...not who loses the most weight! But it sounds like a great idea aye, im in need 2 shed a few (a dozen) kgs...

Bumping up an oldish..thread.

I am starting my weight loss challenge from today (now).

Tattoo is pretty healed so can cope with a weights routine to help out.

29th of April - Starting Weight - 107kg

Goal Weight = 75kg-80kg

Pant Size Today = 38 --> 40

Desired pant size - 32

I have done it before about 2 years ago......should be easy 2nd time round

I will update once a month....

for those of your struggling on cutting back on serving/portion sizes, from past experience.. glass of water before a meal does wonders

i started about 3 weeks ago already slowly getting back into it, dropped 2kgs already, not a bad effort for 3 days a week
