Havnt had any junk food bar a two pizzas (one in albany and one at a bday) since October 1 - subway excluded, but i always go the healthy options. I almost broke this the other week.. hadnt eaten all day was stressed, so drove into a HJ's drivethrough, stopped for 10 seconds... and reversed out.

Eating fruits and veggies now.

Even though I wasnt a big drinker I've cut it right out (maybe had 5 drinks since then ... bar albany where i went silly)

Walk an hour or so a day at least 5 times a week

Basketball 2 times a week.

Lots of willpower - theres a fridge 2m from me full of choclates etc...

No fancy diets, no programs, no gyms, no personal trainers, no suppliments, no drugs.

Seems pretty easy doesnt it? But.... Theres been ALOT of physical pain, alot of conquering mental demons (id kill everyone in my office right now for a whopper...) but its worth it. Im no longer eating myself to death, im healthier, fitter, and as an offshoot, all those girls who used to think i was " a really nice guy" suddenly seem more interested ... However I did it for myself not anyone else. Its a great feeling being able to go Myer and buy jag jeans from the rack rather then needing to go to Kingsize menswear and pay to get a pair custom made. Ive had to bin a considerable $$ amount of clothes... but hey its a great thing as its for the right reasons.

Ive done alot in my life, achieved a fair bit, but this is one of my greatest achievements on a personal level.

Im not done yet either... still got a fair bit to go.

also big bones contributes to weight factor...

was watching the biggest loser last night, and some of the guys are down to 100kg's ish but still look pretty big. Im 95kg (at the best of times) and I don't think i look anything near that size.. I might be wrong... maybe I need to post a pic so ppl can tell me if im over weight, or just big boned... <--- insert Cartman from southpark here.

(Ironically enough, I have just re-started gym work so it will be interesting to see if I can shift some kilos. Personally kilo's don't bother me - I'm big boned , its more about body image and size)

Not hard to lose weight, theres no real secret to it.

Cut the excess sugar and fats, and your portion sizes...really watch what goes into your mouth....even things that you think are healthy, can much of the time be high in sugar (especially foods that claim to be "low fat"!)

Exercise is also important.

Piss easy, i just make sure my daily intake is around 1500 calories and then i dont even need to exercise as your body burns off 2500 anyways, but i still burn off and extra 400 or so a day for good measure, and Todd, im perfectly healthy and thats not 25% mate, was 73, now 61ish thats a little over 15%

And when ive lost one to two more i will start putting on more muscle mass, dont mind the extra weight as long as i dont see flab just more tone and muscle

i was trying to suggest that you were 40kg. as in you dont need to lose weight, but stack it on and be a buff mutha.

Adam, whey powder, roids, or kfc. Do it Ronnie Coleman style, fatten up, then shed it back to where u want it.

Yeh man, had an incling of a joke lol

Im gonna hit the whey protein but not too hard, i would rather not have enough and use it all than have too much and not use it all and gain fat again

My diet is really gonna step up in a couple of weeks tho

go to the suppliment place at harbour town and get Redback Whey Protein. Its a black tub. I used it for about 9 months, and its great stuff!

EDIT: It was recommended to me by my nutritionist when I was at the gym.
