definition as in tone up ur body??
muscle weighs more than fat.. so you'd lose :P

i have no need to loose weight.. but as chee says.. i want definition :P

that's about 25% of your body mass adam!

remember, muscle weighs more than fat, as you start building muscle it can be decieving as to what your fatty weight is.

Also if your losing a lot of weight quickly, it wouldnt hurt to see the old quack to get a check up, too much weight loss too quickly can be hazardous to your health.
