That is probably the worst protein powder you could buy.

Meh, it tasted ok, for what it was, and it appeared to work. Of course, I don't know what the results would have been like without it, as I was on it from day 1. When I went on my diet for 2 weeks and lost 10kg's, I was drinking that twice a day, so it must have been doing something right.

When I join the gym this time, im not gonna bother with it. Waste of money IMO.

Maccas is home of the beef patty? Damn... I thought they used cardboard and not meat in the patties.

Agreed.

Look at www.bodyperformancegear.com.au.

I recommend Pro-Rated and am also now trying the Inner Armour products.

I have "Body Plus" membership so if you need protein etc let me know.

Taste has nothing to do with how good it is.

And how does using it while losing 10 kg prove how well it works? If your goal is SIMPLY the fastest weight loss possible, not using it would of given you more weight loss.

Its just a shit quality protein supplement, you can get a lot better.

(Ironically enough, I have just re-started gym work so it will be interesting to see if I can shift some kilos. Personally kilo's don't bother me - I'm big boned , its more about body image and size)

You know im joking John

I never cared about my size either mate, but once the changes begin it seriously changes things.

I've been there ( I still am there! ) So I know exactly where you are coming from.
