Well i've lost 7 kgs in last two months and im at a weight im happy with but just not in the physical shape i wanna be in Would ideally like to be around 110/115kgs (considering im fairly solid anyways and about 195cm) just a bit more toned!

Cut down bucket loads of shit food, stopped going to the lunch bar for lunch everyday and started more physical activities (indoor cricket, volleyball, more time at the beach with my dog etc etc) and lo and behold

I'm actually pretty confident in myself (and thats all that matters to me), i dont consider myself ugly, sure im a bit cuddly but girls like cuddles (and i've bagged a few girls without the use or rohy's so i cant be doing too badly) i just stopped eating shit EVERY morning tea time and lunch time and weights falling off. Cant complain with that and findind sports u enjoy!

I have been training for about two and a half months and lost 4kgs, however I was only 4.5kg overweight in the first place.
Before starting the training I use to buy morning tea from the jiffy van, have 4 cokes a day, and buy a roast dinner 3 days a week.
Now
I still like coke, but only have one a day. Dont buy nothing from the jiffy van, and have a chicken and salad roll if I buy lunch. Most days I just take a salad, and have it with fish or steak.
I have also not had a alcoholic drink since new years.
F*ck I would love a Bulliet Bourbon.

If your overweight just buy a bugeye or later model.. that way your cars already massively heavy, you will hardly make any difference.

By the way, Boxing is the best thing I have found for shedding the bit around the middle that never moves. I got to braddicks in Ozzy park. $10 bucks a session and if there are hot girls their you will do one armed push ups till u puke.
