I live around the corner from BrennyV...
Shops are generally around the corner from which ever side of Ballajura you look at, city is only 17kms away, beach and the hills are about the same distance west or east and not more than about 20kms. Schools are close, commercial areas as well, crime,security and hooning - i think its not as bad as other areas - you have to be careful anywhere you live i think. Im not complaining either way.
