Just did a 2.5Km run, then 30 minutes of stabbing the footy at the oval, then another 2.5Km run home.

Total time for the run was 24 minutes + the footy oval. Good to mix a bit of fun in there to make it a bit more enjoyable.

I wasn't saying you were in the wrong.....1L is not excessive
just saying a broad statement saying Milk is healthy so lots of milk is good, is not necessarily true as large intake can cause problems in some people.

^^

Yes i feel weird if i don't go for a run at least a few times a week.

---

Flavoured Milk is definitely not healthy Iced coffees etc will stack on the weight (If you're looking to put it on, then drink 600ml x 3 per day.

Even non-flavoured full cream isn't that lean.

Perfect! I belt out 6k most nights with the dog and it's great because it's the only 25 mins of the day that I have to myself.
My kids have started Auskick in the last year and it's great fun kicking the pill around with some of the other dads.

I haven't gone for a run once in the last week (been sick), and I have been going nearly every day since September. So you can imagine how wierd that feels.

i only drink non-flavoured

they did studies and people who drink at least a glass of full cream a day actually lost weight over a certain time period, and you can say i'm taking it out of context but the trend was proven in a general sense.

it's like anything, too much of a good thing..

I get a lot of flavoured milk free from work, Basically all the "Masters" products made by National Foods.

I love the stuff, specially the Choc Berry, and Honey Comb flavour milk. Fuck it's nice, but when you read the Nutritional Info on the back, it's pretty shocking stuff!

Take a gander if you want --> http://www.mastersmilk.com.au/downlo...ERS%20NIPs.pdf

Believe you RE: Milk though and a healthy balance.

Studies more than likely paid for by the Dairy Producers Association of whatever country it was held in.

Just like the research of supplements and their amazing effects on the body are done by scientists paid by the supplement company and then endorsed by some muscle head that is on enough gear to make his piss glow in the dark..
