after some thought i have decided to step up my range of supplements i take.
I use to take: Optimum Gold Standard Whey Powder Muscletech Creakic hardcore I have just ordered the following which will last me 6-8weeks. Optimum Gold Standard Whey Powder 4.5kg's Universal Animal Pump 30packs Universal M-Stak 21packs L-Glutamine 1kg L-Carnatine 1kg Muscletech Hydroxycut Hardcore 210caps Muscletech Creakic Hardcore 180caps I will let you lads know how i go. I will also be stepping up the gym from 3 days a week to 4 days a week. |

nah not a body builder. Just wanting to step it up a bit before summer hits.
Most of the above are just amino acids to help my body repair itself quicker before the next sesh at the gym. |

remember you can only supplement your intake so much, youll get most of those things from a proper diet
