Why do you need to exercise?

If you burn 1800 calories a day as a human doing day to day shit, if you only consume 600, youll lose weight.

Of course, not many people can live off 600, so eating 1600 and burning 2500 is the better way.

There was a fairly decent article in the Sunday Time STM mag which put things into perspective. It went on to highlight the fact that it takes about an hour to burn 400 calories but less than 5 minutes to eat which shows just how easy it is to blow a good weeks of exercise.
Unfortunately the article sort of blew off the importance of exercise. There is a big difference between looking fit and healthy and being fit and healthy.

That's the problem with being a model.

I'm expected to be in tip top shape 365 days a year.

Sigh.

because u cant physically calorie restict that much hence why u really need to do exercise to really make it work..

Trust me i calorie restricted big time without doing much exercise and i didnt loose too much weight add exercise in the mix and i went from 66kgs to 62kgs in a few weeks..

But now im at the stage where i cant loose anymore weight and doing shit load of exercise, but still cant get my goddamn 6 pack...

What are your opinions on Light and Easy? Iv'e had a few friends use them and have had good results and the convieniance appeals to me. they have 1200, 1500 and 1800 calorie plans so Im thinking the 1500 plan with some cardio should work to shed some kilos?

They work well to help control calorie intake but the problem can be that you dont actually learn to do it yourself. So unless you are prepared to eat them all the time without changing your own food preparation habits, like any easy fix they can come undone pretty quickly.
