Yes. Considering you'll be spending ~ $800 on a gym mebership, another $100 on PT sessions to get the most out of it is the best bet.

My advice would be to go there at the time that you would normally train and sit on a piece of cardio gear and watch the trainers in action. See which one looks to be doing the job well, that doesn't necessarily mean the buffest looking one who spends more time checking themselves out in the mirror than what their client is doing.

Thanks for that. So is it possible to not eat enough and therefore slow down the weight lose??? I am not over weight by much more then 5-7kg so in that regard don't have 'heaps' to lose so it will take longer. I have been riding 1hr every 2nd day and then jogging 30min every other day.

If its only 5kg that you want to lose ( by this I'm assuming that you arent "overweight" ) than it may take a little longer than say someone who has 30kg to lose. ( their first 5kg will literally fall off )

You just have to be consistant.

This

Some PTs don't really give a shit and give you the standard run of the mill routine. Others will tailor it to suit your desired results.

Well Done. That's a good time. I was doing it in around 23min but working on trying to get under 20. I would be very happy with 19min

I just left Jetts. They gave me a 30min session when I started, where a trainer gave me a basic plan and showed me how to use the general machines. That way I had a rough idea of what I could do.

Technically yes, but you'll find that you will be falling asleep at the desk before this happens.

I have one dilemma though, i have no real idea what i would be doing. I dont have a figure of how.much i want to loose but i want to start not being a fat dude anymore.

Would i be best off getting some pt sessions first to.establish the correct way of doing exercises and some form plan sorted then move onto doing these exercises by myself?

Perhaps book in a couple of sessions with Burke to get you started?

I am at jetts - I love it. Can go to anyone I want whenever I want. The staff/pt's dont force sell shit on you, so you dont feel like you need to hide everytime you walk in.
