Running, Running Maps and Running Routes, Runners Community | MapMyRUN

Or you can use your Iphone with a number of different apps. If you have Nike runners, you can get the Nike sensor to use with your ipgone/nano.

The mapmyrun website & Iphone app also include other runners running routes, so you can check routes out in your area.

Technically you suppose to eat 5 times a day to keep the metabolism up. I’ve brought my calories down to about 1500 but still can’t lose that 2kg I want. Ive lost 9kg already. Enrolled it PT and think I have to take it to the next level to really reach my goal.

Technically, not one single person is the same.

What works for one will not always work for the other.

Don't eat less, exercise more or at least at a greater intensity. 1500 is fuck all! And if you're trying to lose weight, cut down on the piss. Thats the real killer, calorie wise.

Use your car to measure distance?
Install an app on your phone to measure it? (eg. Run Keeper or RunGPS)
